It has been a long process because of all of the permits that were needed for the job to take place. We ran into quite a few unforseen problems and he was able to help me out along the way. He is a true professional. My engineer ended up quitting because he had to go back to the county so many times and submit 5 different plans. Don was able to get another engineer to fill in at the las minute to get their stamp of approval so we could move forward with the project. He went with me to obtain the permit and to explain why the previous plans were overkill. He was been most helpful throughout the whole project.
