Very detail-oriented. Very responsive to every request. Excellent follow-up on any problems. He wants customers to always be very pleased in the long-haul. Very intelligent, problem-solver. Highly skilled and knowledgeable about construction techniques and materials, including the latest products. Researches things thoroughly. Takes his time to do things RIGHT. Very conscientious. Overall, a good, honest person.
