All of these projects went very well. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the pricing (very reasonable). It's a one man operation - TJ, is the owner and individual who performed all the work; he was dependable, knowledgeable and detail oriented; he's friendly, trustworthy and did nice work. He also did a good job of cleaning up after each phase of the project. I would definitely use him again

It went without a hitch! TJ, who is also the owner, performed all the work. He was friendly, kept me apprised of progress and finished ahead of schedule.

TJ was pleasant, prompt, cleaned up before leaving each day, stayed on schedule. I was pleased that there wasn't a stream of subcontractors; he works alone. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. The bathroom looks amazing!

Working with this contractor is awesome.
 The quality of work is not that day worker one would find soliciting work outside home depot.
And one would think getting this kind of quality would be expensive. NOT TRUE.
I have worked with other companies who give high prices for builder grade. However TJ costs less, does more and allows us to have greater quality in materials. This is a man who actually loves what he does and charges fair prices.
He does NOT up charge materials.

• He does NOT take on other jobs while on your job
• He DOES stay on the job until it is done
• He DOES speak English as a first language 
• He IS insured and licensed not some fly by night person.
• He does NOT use subcontractors

If you are tired of contractors telling you "we have an all American crew" as a selling point, but when the crew gets there they speak little or no English, knowing that they hired these guys to just increase their profit margin, while charging you high prices for bulk builder grade materials then stop going with them. This is the guy who can do your projects. 
 Example:  We looked at getting bathrooms remodeled, Tile on the walls and floor. New Sinks and shower. Other contractors would have charged us 13-16,000 per bathroom. With AE&T we did all 4 for under 30K with better materials.
Do not be fooled there are great contractors who are fair priced out there here is one of them.

The basement turned out beautiful.  I'm always impressed with TJ's work. He never leaves a mess and does exactly what you ask of him if it is possible.  He is trustworthy and honest.
