Donnie called to say when he would arrive and matched the estimate. Job estimate was 6 to 8 hours and completed in about 5. Lots of holes to drill for running wires. Installed 2 four receptical boxes and one 2 receptical for a water softener circuit. Culligen installed the box immediately under the water inlet! Donnie also identified that Culligen broke my ground connection by installing plastic pipes. He planned to fix it but I need a plumber to fix a shutoff valve, so I had to defer that fix.

BRWARE: This is one of the worst service companies I have ever done business. BEWARE if you have a service warranty, because they will call and report everything! They work with the service warranty companies, and they are on their side.Also, The young man who came out didn’t have a clue what he doing. He basically ransacked our home pulling off electric face covers, and he dragged heavy furniture over our brand new hardwood floors and scratched them all to pieces. Additionally, he broke our bathroom light, when he removed it from the wall. The owners are just as bad, Cindy one of the owners, has spent almost 4 weeks now trying to find a shade to match one of the shades in an area where brok a light, because she refuses to spend an additional hundred dollars and simply replace it. Then, she calls every other day to report that they still haven’t found it, and acts like she doesn’t know why I am upset. Also, beware if they come into your home and you have a service warranty, because they will call and report everything! They work with the service warranty companies, and they are on their side. Chooses someone else!

Donnie at Wirenuts was amazing! He knew right away what he needed to do and was very professional. He took the time to explain the issue and explained in detail what he was going to need to do to repair everything! He was quick and efficient as well. Donnie also discussed other issues we were having and gave us recommendations on what we could do to fix it. We most definitely will call Donnie again for any future electrical needs! Wire "NUTS" is a very apt and fitting name. completely unprofessional. Came once to repair outlets, said outlets are working. I had to call them back because the outlets still didn't work. The tech tried to charge me again for coming back when it should have been fixed in the first place. The tech was extremely upset and stormed out of the house. It is not an exaggeration to say the children in the house were perturbed by this behavior.

My home warranty assigned a light fixture/wiring claim of mine to WireNuts Prossional Electric about two months ago. Since then, I've had the pleasure of having two Wirenuts technicians, Danny Star and Brent Mullins, take care, separately, of the lighting fixture/wiring issue first (Danny), and more recently, re-cabling of our tv cable line in the attic to the MBR (Brent). Both gentlemen we're excellent in their work here, and were a pleasure to have in my home. Both went out of their way to get the work done quickly, efficiently, and well, and to be sure that in the end, I was happy. Their efforts were complicated by the fact that I've been recovering from a difficult surgery, and haven't therefore been available for early appointments. Although this meant that I missed a couple of early morning visits, they have been very kind and understanding, and when I've spoken with them by phone or when they've returned, they've done so without complaint --- but to the contrary, with understanding, compassion, and a smile, and determination to get the work done for me, and ensure my comfort. I cannot express how much I've appreciated their efforts in the past two months. I also found the same level of understanding and accommodation by the office scheduling staff, and manager. Finding a professional and courteous company to work in one's home is, too often, disappointing these days. I'm so grateful that my home warranty company introduced me to WireNuts, and I look forward to maintaining them as "my electricians", in the future! We submitted a service request for this work through our home warranty company and they assigned Wirenuts to the job. Boy, are we glad they did! Wirenuts was very quick to contact us to schedule the work. The young man they sent to do the work was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He completed the work very quickly. It went great my power is on and working great. Donnie spent 4 hours here.

The job went precisely like swiss movement. The electrician established an electrical hard wire in location from an existing 240 line and proceeded to make the necessary connections using the best quality hardware. After hooking everything up he made sure the cable and a plug plate affixed to the tile did not interfere with the placement of the stove when pushed up to the tile wall. Great job. Everything was done perfectly and no messes.

I was able to make an appointment promptly on a date convenient to me. They gave 3 hour window and the guy called 30 minutes before he arrived. He diagnosed the problem and got the part approved for order. Once part came, they called to schedule an appoint. The same guy came to complete the repair (wall switch was the problem), which required removing the fan and replacing the switch. The fan works fine now as it is supposed to. The repairman was very professional, courteous, and repair was done pretty quickly.  Overall very good service!

(Cost is approximate).  though it was a small job and a simple one, Wirenuts responded promptly (even came early since another job had cancelled).  The work was done with great care -- not just installing the fan, but taking great care that it was balanced properly and wouldn't rattle on high speed.  I had used them before and will use them again -- you generally don't need an electrician often, but it's good to have a fine professional one in your phonebook.

A great company to do business with! They were courteous, professional and reasonably price. We added a couple of items to the "to do" list after observing how knowledgeable they were on all details concerning the install. Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the services provided.  We definitely will be using this company in the future.

The job was methodically planned out, materials were ordered to meet time frame, installations were executed precisely on spot. The job was a cakewalk only because Tread is a very experienced and dedicated professional technician.

Once again, a super job. the electrician came on time, installed the recessed lights, and cleaned up when finished. The company even sent a drywall guy to fix and paint the drywall. I have now used this company numerous times in the last 2-3 years for various jobs at my house, including a generator installation, and they have also done numerous jobs for my clients. I can honestly say I have not had one poor or even mediocre experience. All of them have been just great. If you contact this company I guarantee you will not be disappointed. They are professional and honest.

Jimmy's crew was great as always. They came when they said they would, did professional work, and stayed within budget. It turns out one of the switches installed was bad and stopped working, which, of course happens from time to time with any job. The important thing is Jimmy sent one of his guys promptly to make the repair, and everything has worked great since. They even installed larger conduit so if I want to, I could add a sub-panel in the shed to install some nice landscape lighting. Overall I couldn't be happier with the work or the price. Highly recommend this company.

I found them on Angie's List and they did a really good job. They did a lot of stuff and did a great job. They were on time, the price was good, they did good work and the guy was very clean the way he left things. Their price was $120 for the first hour, $70 for additional hours plus materials. We are planning to use them again in a couple of weeks.

I was introduced to Wirenuts by my home warranty company.  They were very punctual and courteous.  All repairs listed above were completed quickly and with very reasonable cost.  Technician installed a new ceiling fan quickly, with high quality and for a reasonable price.  The personal service was very good too.  A part needed to be purchased to repair my pole light.  The technician drove to Lowe's to buy the part and install it.  Not very many companies would be willing to do this.  I definitely plan to use these guys again in the future.

Like clock work.  It took about 4 plus hours of quality work that passed inspection the first time out. Great job!
This company has earned my respect from their outstanding service time and time again.

James' company was excellent on all counts.  I had a pool table being delivered in 4 days, and wanted lighting installed overhead before it arrived.  I didn't want anyone scratching it, standing on it, etc.  They came in 2 days, when James said that they would.  He estimated the time in advance, and quoted hourly rates.  The job was less time than was quoted, the rates were very reasonable, and they did the least invasive job possible, making only 3 small holes in the drywall for running the lines.  They carefully measured the location for each light so that it would show the maximum, evenly distributed light on the table, and listened to me about my concerns for location of the lighting.  Afterward, they cleaned up the area thoroughly.  They delivered all that I could ask, and we're delighted with the job.  We had other quotes, and they beat them all.

The entire experience was pleasant and professional from start to finish. We took estimates from 3 contractors, and Wirenuts was the lowest. We don't always go with the lowest estimate, because we are looking for quality and best value. The other reviews on Angie's list were a testimate to the quality and value - and Wirenuts did not disappoint.

A representative of this company came out within the week we called to have them come out and give us an estimate. Upon meeting them it was evident they knew their "stuff". But we still did our due diligence and received (3) estimates. All the contractor's were nice and all about the same price, but we were very impressed with WireNuts' knowledge, professional mannerism, and responsiveness.

James came out for the initial visit and estimate; Wayne and Jarrod came back to do the initial install of the generator...not an easy task but they were quick, quiet and professional. We had a gas contractor (Tim Allen) come out and hook up the gas to the generator; before we could call to schedule the finishing touches and initial start up of the generator, James called us to check on the gas line installation and immediately scheduled an appointment when we told him it was done. James came out and performed the finishing touches on our generator and walked me through how it worked as well as made sure I knew little intricacies of owning a whole home generator. We were so impressed with WireNuts Professional Electrical Services, Inc. we signed on for a service contract (good deal) to keep the generator maintenance.
