 + 1 moreThey do a good job, they are local, and they are close by. You can drop your car off usually in the morning or the night before, and you pick it up the next day. They do their best to get you fit in if you have a problem. My daughter sometimes would bring her car home on a weekend and she needs to get it done on a Saturday, and they squeeze her in which is nice.
Description of Work: We go to Warrenton Tire & Auto for oil changes, tire changes, and annual inspections. We just used them 3 weeks ago.

Description of Work: Took my car in for state inspection and was told that my steering fluid was dirty and should be flushed and replaced. My husband had taken care of our vehicle maintenance but he has passed away and it is now my responsibility. I agreed to having the process done. About two weeks later I began to have vibration in the steering even when driving in town. It increased and I became alarmed. I took the car to Alpha Omega Honda Acura. When the fluid was drained it was BLACK. When I had been shown a sample in June the fluid was golden, clear and had dark bits in it. The mechanic actually took the sample to Warrenton Tire & Auto and when they examined the machine doing the exchange it evidently put the contaminated fluid back into the reservoirs chamber. If I had not taken my car to another mechanic I would have had very expensive damage to my car. Warrenton Tire and Auto had been made aware of who the customer had been but they have made no attempt to apologize or rectify the damage that they had done.

 + 0 moreWell our Jeep was failed which is a disappointment and repairing the muffler and rusty floor boards too expensive to fix for now. Our truck was jumping like crazy and they were unable to find the problem. This kept us spending more money on "water out" and gas treatments like BG expensive additive. Their diagnostic computer did not show anything wrong but the Ford Dealer found the problem immediately on their diagnostics. My last service was the battery which was indeed burnt out on an extremely hot day! It was worth the high price for a good quality battery and better than breaking down on the side of the road, a woman alone in the heat. Yes, we would buy tires there. They can't help that terrible tire smell. I may use them again for inspections and other emergency repairs. The men were true gentlemen and seem to have a hopping thriving tire and inspection GoodYear business!
Description of Work: Failed our Jeep Inspection. Was unable to find codes for our Ford Truck, no luck. Helped me get a new battery, very expensive with a smelly tire wait of nearly 1 hour. Considering the heat and battery needing replacement urgently, I was thankful for the polite staff!

 + -1 moreTheir service is GREAT! If the customer is local (i.e. in town), Robert will take you home so you don't have to sit around and wait. When the work has been completed, someone calls to let you know and sends Robert back to pick you up and take you back to the shop.

 + -1 moreI have considerable with Warrenton Tire and Auto. I am waiting to hear from them right now on a quote for brakes work that my truck needs. They listen to any problems I have got, they are sensitive to the fact that if it costs too much then maybe I want to pass up this time, they are very broad based on their view on what has to be done and recommendations. I have also bought tires there.
Description of Work: I use Warrenton Tire & Auto. My truck is there for the annual inspection. He does brakes, general maintenance for 2 different vehicles and just about everything.
