WARRENTON CUSTOM CABINETRY

After paying a kitchen designer and getting a trendy, but unusable design, my husband and I went to cabinet dealers and the big box stores for design help and estimates. I had driven by Mark's shop, but assumed we could not afford custom made cabinets. Was I wrong!. Mark looked at my dream kitchen pictures, laid out the design, suggested the wood we went with and even tweaked a couple of things for us along the way. Everything is great, we love the cabinets and have gotten a steady stream of compliments on them. Communication can be a little slow, but it is a small business and the are often in the field installing the cabinets they've made. I have to say my kitchen is better than my dream, and it is because of Mark and his great crew of craftsmen.

I think they did a reasonably good work. We had a little bit of a negative experience in terms of the level of communication we had from them. It was very tough to get in contact with them during the period that they were working on our kitchen and building out our cabinets. There were three guys who came out to do the work.

The drawers are all "soft close" hardware. The stain is a custom color
of our choosing, and it turned out terrific. The finishing touches
(corbels, moulding, tightness of joints, door function and gap sizing,
etc.) were all excellent. We couldn't be happier with the finished
product!

The work was good and the quality was above average but there is no ability to contact these folks at this time (January 2011). I would be even more annoyed if they were in the middle of the job and I could not talk to anybody..
