Verizon Wireless at Warrenton

Took entirely too long to get a new phone. They also try and sell you all the accessories even after you've declined.

There was a man there named Mohammed and he was unbelievable good in the way he helped me in getting a new phone. He was unbelievable great. He was amazing. He took a lot of time to help me set up the phone and explained to me. I had a lot of problems with the company and he made sure everything went just right. He made sure everything went through for me and it was all done right because when I had signed up for the share plan, they didn't put it in right. So I had to call back and do all the stuff to make sure I was set up again on the plan because it hadn't gone through right. Then he did everything he could to make sure everything went extra good because of all I had been through. He went far and beyond telling me everything I needed to do. His customer service was amazing. He was very caring. He made sure that I thoroughly knew what I needed to do with this phone when I left. He made the whole service pleasant. He was very thorough. He did a good job. He was careful because I had a problem of not being so careful. Imagine the scenario where they called me up, asked me to come onto the share plan and they were going to give me a discount on the phone. Then I spent an hour on the phone with them and the woman accidently hanged up on me. Luckily I had the number and I called up, the woman that answered the phone told me she had no idea what had gone on for that hour. Then I spent another hour on the phone with this woman who did everything for me and told that I am all set to go. Then I called up another day just to add an iPad on to the share plan. When I called back they said that this was never set up. That was 2 hrs right there. Then when I called back I had to spend another hour making sure that it was done again. It was almost 4 hrs when the whole thing was set and done. I am happy with my phone now and it is all going well. He was so great that made up for the transgression. They did give me a credit of $50 for all the aggravation I had gone through. Now that I have found this store, he is the reason I would go back for sure. I would definitely go back because of Mohammed.
