In the end the porch looks nice, but it was not a pleasant experience. They had started on time but there were so many complications that I wouldn't say that they did a good job. The carpenter can't leave on vacations in the middle of the work without letting me know.
Description of Work: They built a 14 x 15 screen porch and a stone patio. I don't know what the dimensions are of the patio. It took them eight weeks instead of four because they dug the post holes during the rain, and they didn't cover them, so it delayed the work a lot. Then the floor had were the wrong height, and the carpenter went on vacation in the middle of the job.
