The contractor had framed in the junction box (I believe that was the name). He was relentless in trying to locate the box and then took the time to mark up our plans so going forward we would not have an issue. Very professional.

Sublett provided a professional estimate after thoroughly reviewing the project with us. He made recommendations for how best to proceed with the project. I think the materials used were called and quot;Snap loc.and quot; Project was delayed over a weekend because the materials he had ordered arrived damaged from the supplier (scratches on the material he said) and he reordered rather than proceed with less than perfect materials. He came with two construction helpers and together they installed the ceiling for a 10 by 20 foot space in one day. After allowing some time for me to do some touch up staining (I had some support braces relocated to avoid conflict with the ceiling) he sent a and quot;gutterand quot; crew to install the gutter and downspout. The following day the construction helpers returned and installed trim stripping on the exposed edges of the ceiling at the deck sides. The ceiling looks great and is a very comfortable place to have an outdoor meal, or just enjoy the view of the back yard, an adjoining pond and a wetland reserve.
The project was a bit expensive, however I did research on the web and found that materials alone for the ceiling would have cost at least $2,500 (before shipping and installation). I am confident that if I have problems with the ceiling, Sublett will back up their work.
