Carlos Burlar, the owner, is remarkable: professional, knowlegable, skilled and totally reliable. I was looking for a contractor who could advise and deliver on a quality roof for our townhome. He exceeded my expectations! In addition, his advise on possible insurance coverage resulted in a very happy financial result. But even if you have to pay in full, you will have excellent work at a reasonable price.

Carlos Burlar is amazing and deserves a higher profile on Angie's List.  We learned about Southern Exteriors from the property management company of our previous rental.  When the rental's roof leaked heavily during Hurricane Sandy, the property manager used Southern Exteriors to repair it, and we were extremely impressed with Carlos' professionalism.  When we recently bought a townhouse knowing the roof needed replacement, we first called Carlos.  His quote was competitive, and we felt confident that we would be getting top quality materials and service.  He explained every step in detail and clearly takes extreme pride in his work.  He has been working on roofs for decades, and his experience shows.  We're thrilled with the process and the result.
