Buyer beware! My wife and i bought a Explorer on Saturday from Sheehy of Warrenton. The explorer is great but we have a few issues with the sale. During the test drive we were unable to try the park assist because the sales man said "sorry but we don't do that here". At the time i said no problem but after we bought it we still don't know how to use it. Granted before we left he did ask if we had any questions but at the time we felt we couldn't use it the first time why ask again. The main reason for the one star review is the Finance department, Luis Chavez. This guy is a smooth talker and will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign. We were well above the requirements for tier 0 financing, which is excellent credit, so you would think they wouldn't play games and give us the best rate.....nope. They originally gave us 7.5% and said its Ford Credits fault because that's the number they gave him. He also said the rates have gone up since i bought my work vehicle 6 months ago at 5.5% (business loans are always higher then personal but rates also do not go up that much in a 6 month time). After a while of going back and forth he said he would "make a phone call Monday" and get it to 6.5% and we could sign the paperwork now. The next day i called Ford Credit to see why the rates were so high. They said they do not control the rate and you have to negotiate with the dealer. So basically, Ford Credit gives them a baseline interest rate and the dealer will add onto that rate as they see fit. Do yourself a favor if you want a Ford, go somewhere else to get it! You will save a ton!

Recognized the problem that others were not able to find. Not a cheap repair but definitely fixed the issue.

Dealership repairs are generally busy and more expensive. It took a few days to get an appointment. We left the truck overnight with no glitch, just dropped the key in the overnight slot. Once in the shop, the scheduled appointment was prompt. The manager of the service department called with an estimate and explained the problem causing the motor to jump. Since no other auto place in the area was able to find the codes, we previously spent a lot on and quot;water outand quot; gas products and other expensive gas treatments to no avail. The truck was repaired the same day, with a call by 3 PM to pick it up any time. The oil was changed with premium oil too. We could not have been more pleased. Yes, Ford Dealers are generally higher priced for repairs, but a repair well done was definitely well worth the cost! Paying and picking up the vehicle was fine with no line, just great service. This dealer is better than the former owners at this location from our personal experience. Our 2002 250 Ford pickup truck was purchased from Sheehy Ford owner's son at their Ford Dealership in Marlowe Heights, MD. They were great to work with, honest and fairly priced from start to finish.

We purchased a new 2011 Ford Escape from this dealership. The sales staff was very helpful and professional. We were looking for particular features for this car and when they identified that they did not have what we were looking for they located one at another dealer and had it transferred to their dealership in Warrenton for our review. The vehicle has worked superbly and their service staff is outstanding and goes out of their way to make our subsequent visits for oil changes easy and hassle free.
