Architectural Service
I contracted with RWR as an architectural consultant for a house project I'm working on. Richard W. Robison (the R.W.R. of RWR) seemed like a nice enough guy, at first. However as time went on he was minimally helpful and almost impossible to get ahold of. It typically took 3-4 days after emailing or phoning Richard to get a response. He also billed an inordinately high number of hours for the small amount of work he provided. I estimate he doubled my billing hours. Bottom line: if you're looking for a painfully slow and ridiculously overpriced architect, RWR's the shop for you. For the amount I paid him I could have worked with a great, highly regarded architect in DC.
