I ordered gutters through Cal-Gard Home improvement, After 3 years, my gutters are failing. I contacted the number on my warranty, only to be told the company changed ownership . . funny, nobody told ME about this . . . .Communication = FAIL. Now I am trying to contact Roof Doctor (Which I was told the company was merged into), but they have no voicemail, no website that I can find, no way of getting in touch .. .I have a sneaking suspicion that I have been ripped off on my warranty. I am beyond furious . . . And to think I hired Calgard on a good review via Angie's List . . . My confidence is waning . . .
