Rick did an excellent, professional job form the quote through the final finish. Due to leadtimes required for other trades (plumbing, framing, roofing, HVAC, etc.) this was not a start/finish job. Rather, Rick was very accomodating and completed work in stages so that the overall rehab progressed smoothly. Rick worked well with the other trademen and made himself available during the appropriate county inspection (no problems!). Over the six months of Rick's involvement, there were a number of small changes that were made to the original plans which Rick accomodated in a courteous manner and at reasonable rates. He also solved several control problems with several customer-provided electrical devices (lights, fan controllers, etc.) in an efficient, innovative manner. I will certainly call Rick for my next electrical requirements.
