Extremely disappointed from the start. When I stopped for an estimated I was told I would have come back next week. When I returned the following week they looked at the car and never provided me with an estimate or a description of the work that was the be performed. Since insurance was paying I guess that they felt I had no need to know. Work was incorrectly diagnosed resulting in repairs that now have to be redone. The people at the front desk act like they are doing you a favor to help you at all. I will NOT be returning to Rick's.

They are great. He tells me if something really needs to be changed or not. He charges a lot less.

Rick's Auto Body is a first rate repair shop.  We have used them several times over the past five years.  Repairs have ranged from a minor front quarter panel repair on a 2009 Honda Civic to a major front end repair and hood replacement on a 1998 Toyota Camry.  Their craftsmanship is outstanding.  From physical repairs to painting, these guys know what they are doing and do it well.  Attention to detail is exceptional.  I have recommended them to several of my friends, with similar results.

We are very pleased with work done. We were given a rough estimate of the cost for the work to be done, which turned out to be a little more than the final price. Work was scheduled quickly. A part needed to be ordered. We were informed of that right away and the approximate length of time it would take for the part to come in. The time-of-work estimates were reasonably accurate. We were contacted through both email and phone. The employee who handled the payment/pick-up transaction was efficient and friendly.

Rick's is a very modern auto body shop. They give good estimates quickly, the work is outstanding, and they deliver within a very reasonable amount of time. We have used the over the years and have always had good results.
