Represented property for 2 months trying to sell. She was impossible to get in touch with. She did little work to sell the
property. She never presented me with a contract, so the listing was sans contract. When I wanted to terminate due to minimal effort on her part, she resorted to name calling. Awful experience! Didn't know how to price the home, didn't know the area, just didn't care. The number of showings was pathetic. I should have known when she had trouble just getting the house listed in MLS that this would be awful. I had used the same realtor to purchase the property 10 years prior, but she was a different person this time around. When I was interviewing new realtors, I found out that we could have had a contract but my realtor hadn't been talking with the showing realtors and missed out. I switched to a new realtor and it was night and day different.
