Mr. Martin came to retrieve his machine and got my results fast. Our reading was good and didn't need any ventilation system installed. Before leaving Mr. Martin asked if we had any other questions or concerns. He gave us his business card and said if we had any concerns at all to feel free to call him anytime. One thing you will notice while talking with Mr. Martin, he talks to you and not over you. He takes his time explaining everything from start to finish. So when he leaves, you will have a piece of mind knowing he will not guide you wrong.

Everything went smoothly from the initial contact to the actual pickup of the equipment. I found them to be professional and prompt. The appointment was easy to schedule on-line and they provided followup to confirm the appointment time. The testing process was explained to me in detail and the equipment was setup quickly. I had to cancel the pickup of the equipment at the last minute and they were very accommodating. I received a detailed report within several days and paid online.
