Mr. Martin came to retrieve his machine and got my results fast. Our reading was good and didn't need any ventilation system installed. Before leaving Mr. Martin asked if we had any other questions or concerns. He gave us his business card and said if we had any concerns at all to feel free to call him anytime. One thing you will notice while talking with Mr. Martin, he talks to you and not over you. He takes his time explaining everything from start to finish. So when he leaves, you will have a piece of mind knowing he will not guide you wrong. I strongly recommend Mr. Martin with RadonTex LLC.........
Description of Work: Mr. Martin , owner of RadonTex LLC, arrived at the exact time I was told he would arrive. His demeanor was strictly professional. He introduced himself and explained what he would be doing step by step. He asked if we knew what Raydon gas is, where it comes from, how it gets into your home and how harmful it is to your body. He explained how his machine works, tells you the level of gas present and how you can fix it. He also had a list of contractors you could use and recommended to do a great job. Our job for was real easy, don't touch the machine. That's it, Mr. Martin said the machine is so sensitive and to get the best reading it can't be moved or touched.

Everything went smoothly from the initial contact to the actual pickup of the equipment. I found them to be professional and prompt. The appointment was easy to schedule on-line and they provided followup to confirm the appointment time. The testing process was explained to me in detail and the equipment was setup quickly. I had to cancel the pickup of the equipment at the last minute and they were very accommodating. I received a detailed report within several days and paid online. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate using them for additional services.
