I think he is honest and has great customer service. He explained what was wrong and what he was doing. It is refreshing to be on the receiving end of great service. His A ratings on Angie's are well deserved!

After the power outage, our AC Compressor wasn't working, but the inside unit was so I called a couple companies to see if they were available to come out same day to look at/fix the problem. Ray was the first one to call back in a timely manner and said that he would give me a call when he was on his way. He was very polite on the phone and in person. He looked at the unit and answered all questions I had. His prices seem very reasonable for the work and I will definitely be calling him again if we have any future problems.

They are really prompt and polite. They tested the unit and something wasn't quite right so they made another appointment to return for it to work perfectly. They went the extra mile. Their price, quality, communication, punctuality, and professionalism are great. I will use them again in the future.

Everything has gone great! Ray strikes me as a very honest, upfront guy. He seems to be very thorough with his work, and I trust his service.

RAA is very professional. I wasn’t there while they worked at my rental property, but my tenants were. They told me everything went smoothly, and seemed pleased with the interaction.

Ray is always punctual, answers the phone when you call, or calls back right away. He shows up on time and gets the work done quickly. He checks with you to make sure you are satisfied before leaving, and always explains everything thoroughly. He notices little things you may not have known to ask, and checks with you before doing anything additional. He is great!

What a great experience! Our air conditioner quit working and I was concerned that the motor had burned out since I had been running the A/C when it wasn't working. I had called several companies on the list (going down the list alphabetically) and all couldn't come until the end of the first week of May. I knew, being disabled and home bound that I couldn't wait that long. Ray, said he was in Vienna at the time and said he would come over the next morning on his way in to an appointment, but would try to make it that evening on his way home. Not only did he make it to our home that evening, but the fix was easy and he didn't try to sell us anything extra or make it seem that there was more wrong than there actually was (has happened in the past). I would definitely call his company again and recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

They provided excellent service and are very responsive. They are professionals. I would use their service again in the future.

I had one company come out and quote me $1,150 to fix my air conditioner. RAA did it for $230. I simply don't know how I could be any happier with the service I received from RAA. Ray is focused on the best solution from the eyes of the customer. I would highly recommend this guy to anyone.

I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.
