MILLER CARPETS

Out $10,000 - no show. We put down a deposit of almost a $10,000 about two months ago to do the flooring in our basement. We were trying to support local businesses in our project. Ghosted. We have called, text, visited physically. No show no response.

Workers did an excellent job of installation and clean up. It was sometimes difficult to schedule work with the main office.

Priced Fairly. Everything that I wanted. I will use again and recommend them.

The hardwood flooring is excellent and was installed very professionally. There was a miscommunication about the carpet for the stairs in that we had originally wanted to have the stair carpet be a runner with wood showing on either side. The carpet that was delivered was full sized and I was given the option to reject the carpet (waiting another two weeks), or to accept as it was. We decided to accept what was already there and had that installed. The installation of the carpet is good, and the quality is reasonable. We look back with somewhat of a regret now, since it isn't really what we wanted. | |Overall, Miller's Carpet did a very good job and we are very happy. The prices might be a bit higher than other locations.

I had a wonderful experience with them. I know them because it’s a small town. They are the only carpet dealer in town that I know of and they are very good. They are available and they have a good reputation. They are very nice people. They are fine. They have very high quality merchandise and it’s priced accordingly. Their price is fair for the quality of merchandise they sell. It can take a while to get stuff from them. They do also seem to be willing to work with you when you are on a budget.

All aspects of the project were ompleted to my satisfaction.
