These people are top notch! Very responsive, prompt, and they had reasonable pricing.

MRC replaced the shower head with a new rainforest fixture (which we supplied) and the faucet cartridge which had been causing a lot of water drip leakage. The faucet was older and we did not remember the brand so the plumber took a picture of it and arranged to come back to install it after (and if possible to) find the needed part. The plumber was prompt and courteous and the job was done well at a fair price. We are very satisfied and would use this company again.

MRC broke my faucet, over-charged and is non-responsive. After being a customer of MRC for over a ten years and having spent well over $5,000 dollars doing business with them from service calls to major projects, I am stunned at the business’s downfall. A week before Christmas, I had MRC install a kitchen faucet and to repair a faucet in the bathroom. I also asked to get an estimate for a gas line. A plumber installed the kitchen faucet and took a look at the bathroom faucet. He didn’t have the parts for the latter and would have to return another day. He said that the billing would be treated as continuous when they returned. He looked at the proposed gas line project and stated that I would get an estimate. Weeks passed. Approximately a month later I called to find out what had happened to the bathroom faucet as I was still waiting to have it fixed. MRC had forgotten. A second and different plumber showed up and ended up breaking part of the bathroom faucet. He apologized and said that MRC would order that part and fix the faucet. I also told him that I never hear back from MRC regarding the gas line project. I again took a fair amount of time out of my day and discussed the project. I paid the bill and was overcharged as they charged me as though it was an initial call and not a continuation. Another promise to get me an estimate was given. But another month passed and my bathroom faucet was still broken by their first laborer and they had not been hear of. After two months I called asking for the owner – Mike. Days went by and he didn’t return my call. After additional calls, I finally spoke to him at great length and told him that my faucet was still broken, that I was overcharged and that I never received an estimate. Mike told me that he had fired the first laborer (they guy looked pretty rough and gritty and that’s per 25 years in law-enforcement) and that he would have things fixed and would get me an estimate. Weeks have passed and my faucet is still broken due to their plumber’s error. Months of my time has been wasted and I was overcharged. It’s sad that they will treat a very long term customer with such recklessness and disregard. How do you think they will treat you?

Great. Short wait time, call 30 minutes prior to arrival, protected work area. Technician made sure everything was just right. No rocking toilet, tile fit nicely on wall. Will call MRC for all future plumbing needs.

Cameron, the Tech was very polite and thorough and provided me with a good battery back strategy so the pump would stay on in an emergency.  Work was competed within two hours and he cleaned up afterwards.

I would highly recommend his company. They were part of a home maintenance company and I only paid $50 any time they came out because of my home maintenance warranty.

They did a fine job. They seem to know what they were doing. There were no problems. They came and did the work and did it fairly quickly. We would probably call them since we used them before and we were satisfied with the work.

They did a pretty good job. Their price was lesser than anyone else and they came up with a good idea to accomplish their work. They were very responsive. They were on time and I do not have any complaints. I like them better than my previous plumber. I would use them again in the future.
