Mr. Oscar Sierra came out the same day I called and gave an estimate. He had a man here within two days to paint. He came with the man and pointed out all the prep that needed to be done. Everything went extremely well and the painter was finished in 4 hours. I was very pleased with the time and the quality of the work.

Ernesto Draghi was my main contact for this job. He provided an estimate promptly, answered all of my questions courteously and thoroughly, and was very professional and responsive. He and his crew started and ended the job on time, worked quietly and cleanly, were polite,and did a high quality job. The house looks great. Ernesto went above and beyond to provide great service; he provided helpful advice to my husband on an interior paint job that he was doing himself. The office at ML Straight was also a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that their price included both materials and labor and that they e-mailed me the invoice at my request.

We needed the entire interior repainted prior to moving in. It was a short deadline and Michael and his excellent crew did a great job. They arrived on time every morning and left a clean work area every evening. Michael supervised on-site daily and kept in constant contact through email and phone. Any touch ups and corrections were handled promptly and professionally. We would recommend M L Straight Painting highly.

The job was done quickly and beautifully. The roof on my house and the roofs on my outbuildings look shiny and black now. I've really never had such good painting job done on these roofs. These guys worked very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone who needs exterior painting done. When I need interior painting done on my house, I'll certainly consider M.L. Straight!

My house is gorgeous now!! Paul came over right away to walk through the estimate with me. He made notes for each room, hall, ceiling, and door as to what needed to be done just to prep it for the paint. Then we went over each room again to ensure we agreed on the colors - he had far more experience than me in that department! He put a lock box on the door so the workers could start early before we moved in. With the company being bonded and insured, I felt comfortable with that plan. The workers were always on time and never slacked off. They were so sweet and very careful to the boxes moving in and paid incredible detail to their work and cleaning up each day. It was a huge undertaking but they got it done on schedule. I couldn't be happier! The house is really beautiful and fresh now. The repairs to the doors and walls are invisible - you'd think I had new doors installed too! Paul came by daily - several times a day - to check on the work, the workers and me. They even decided to go over one room 3 times to get the color "right." The final day was simply going over each room in great detail to ensure it was perfect. Their prices included the prep work, repairs and paint (I selected Benjamin Moore brand). I thought it was very reasonable overall for such a large job. I haven't been this impressed with a company in a long, long time! And to give you an idea of how picky I am - I'm a military officer and have a bit of OCD. Funny but true! If they can impress me, you'll be equally satisfied!
