The upgrade went very well. The service included a furnace upgrade with a larger blower and duct work to get more air into a room on the opposite side of the house. In addition. baffles were strategically added to properly direct air where needed so the house is heated/cooled evenly. Lynn was very helpful in terms of selecting a furnace (middle upper range furnace) and discussed the pros and cons of the different technologies (variable speed motors, multi phase, etc). We only upgraded the interior unit, and didn't do anything to the exterior unit; however, he made sure we chose an interior unit so we would be in good shape when the exterior does go bad. For example, the coil had to match and he made sure we didn't end up with something that may be difficult to purchase later (R-22). Lynn serviced the exterior unit at no charge and included a remote thermostat so we can test how things worked out. He also supplied us with all the filters we can use. We used him for previous work at our last house and he always supplied us with filters there too. We highly recommend him. He is always very polite and has been in the business for a long time. His prices were middle of the road for the estimates we got.
