This provider pops up under the "emergency plumbing" category.  I called the number and reached (presumably) a shared services call center which took my name, address and phone number.  I made this call roughly at 2100 on tuesday.  The call center personnel assured me that I would receive a call and a tech would be dispatched--what one would expect from someone who bills their capabilities to include EMERGENCY service.  The call never came and unbelievably a very chipper person from this company called me at 0910 the following day offering services.  I made it clear that I would never even consider them and that perhaps they should reconsider saying that they offer Emergency services which they clearly do not.  Don't waste your time calling this number if you need emergency service off hours.

I had a plumber from Patriot out twice in teh last two months due to a bad pressure regulating valve. On the first visit, the plumber temporarily bypassed the valve and the second visit it was replaced.  The plumber was very prompt on both visits, notably on the first, which was during a spell of bad weather -  he arrived early on a Sunday morning after a snow storm the previous day. He made our visit a priority which was good as we had no water for a couple days.  Second visit was just as good.  Plumber described all work to be done very thoroughly and was courteous and professional throughout. Would definitely use again.

It went really well.  The weather was very cold with various types of precipitation, so that posed a challenge.  The work was completed in one-day longer than the estimated duration, but that was not a problem.  Nor was it a surprise when the condition of the concealed duct work was revealed during the first day tear out.  New duct work needed to be ordered, but was available a day and a half later.   The crew that did the work was polite, tried their best to keep the house clean, and gladly answered any questions we had and provided demos of work completed whenever asked.  They even belly crawled through the spider-web invested crawl space to repair ducts that had degraded and/or come apart over the years.   Contractor was always available for phone consultation and never delayed in meeting personally with us, at our house, at every request, during all phases including the estimate, proposal, negotiations, and project execution.

We were in the middle of a heat wave and our air conditioner broke. Gary came out quickly and gave us the best price on replacing our unit, upgrading our water heater to a 75 gallon unit and getting a humidifier installed as well. We had 2 other companies come out to give us price quotes on the same equipment/installation costs. We agreed to the proposal and Gary sent out the team to install the new equipment the next day. In the meantime, they installed 2 window units so that we could survive the heat. Installation went very smoothly, the installation technicians were excellent. We got a Trane 16 Seer 4 ton XR. It comes with a 10 year part, 2 year labor warranty.
I highly recommend this company. You will be very happy with their professionalism, product and service.

They installed an exterior gas line for a grill and generator. While the installation went fine, albeit slow, in part due to the weather, it was their lack of device after the job that irritated me. They forgot to paint one of the pipes, and it's beginning to rust. I've contacted three times over the past 6 weeks to address the problem, but I've received no response. It's a relatively minor problem, but their inability to respond is upsetting.

They were very helpful. I would certainly recommend them again. In fact, I've used them once since then.

They had to reschedule because of emergency work. They called me the day before to let me know. The plumber arrived on time, did the work professionally. He cleaned up well when he was finished.



It couldn't have gone better.

We had called several companies to get this relocation estimated and Patriot was the only one that responded immediately. The appointment was set for the next day and Daniel arrived as scheduled in the afternoon. Daniel pre called us when he was on his way, when he arrived he evaluated our situation and explained in detail the complexity of our request. He offered a couple of options to accomplish the relocation but most were esthetically unappealing but were the only options due to the way the house was built. Throughout the entire visit Daniel was extremely upbeat, positive, knowledgeable and friendly. He clearly laid out all aspects of our plan and the pros and cons in easy to understand language. He clearly loves what he does. Although we could not use Patriot/Mr. Rooters this time, we will use them in the future for our plumbing needs. Daniel is an excellent representative for this company an is awesome at what he does.

Patriot was able to get someone out right away. It was excellent. They were very responsive and they were very reasonable. Air conditioning guys are notorious for coming out and immediately saying you need a brand new unit. This guy actually took the time to diagnose my unit and then made a couple of repairs that only cost like $500.

We received a few estimates and Patriot provided the best quote. They came out to give us a quote and we scheduled the work for the following week. Nikolai did a great job and we were very pleased with the process from start to finish. We would definitely use them again in the future.

We moved our washer and dryer two feet to the left and had to move the water and drain also. Danny's work was very professional and completed on time.

They found the source of the leak. We may use them for installation when we purchase replacement dishwashe

Overall everything went very well. The sink was fixed easily, but the technician was wrong about the stove. He said we needed a new one but after GE came out they where able to fix it. Stoves are not their specialty anyway.

We had estimate of $260 to $385. One of the loser estimators had no references at all anywhere ont he net, not good and not bad. I joined Angie's List just to find a reputable plumber, having ahd some bad experiences in the past.
I chose Patriot lumbing because they had nothing but A ratings on Angie's list.
Nikolai, a Patriot plumber couldn't have done a better job. He arrived on time. His woik was perect. He took care to make sure that water didn't go all over the room. He cleaned all aprts before they were isntalloed and cleaned up his work are when finsihed.

I will definately use them again for any plumbing needs I have.

My elderly parents had some toilets in their house that needed repair and a new toilet that needed to be installed. They also had a leak in a shower drain that had caused water damage to a ceiling below. I was quite impressed with Patriot Plumbing with the first call I made to them as they were very polite and caring and listened to my "story" and repair needs. Emily scheduled someone for an estimate right away and when we decided to use their services they were able to schedule the work in a short timeframe. The price was very reasonable and they were very patient with us. Emily kept me informed via email and telephone from start to finish which made me feel very secure in using them to do work in my parents home.

They were very professional and quick in coming and solving the problem. Their customer service was excellent. They were very professional and kind when I called them to get an appointment. The person from their office called us to say that they had an early appointment for us. Their price was very fair. I rate them high overall. I will use them again in the future.

Patriot is a professional organization with a skilled staff. They're also very responsive to plumbing emergencies. One morning I woke up to find my basement of our new house flooded with sewage (probably three or four gallons on the floor, and steadily trickling in from outside) that was coming in through the outside/basement stair storm drain. There was apparently an obstruction somewhere in the sewer line. Emily Counts was very helpful and got a crew out to me in no time. Despite the difficulty of my particular situation (the obstruction was the size of a basketball, the sewer line blocked by a t-shirt, rags and LOTS of roots) they did a fantastic job. Since then I have used them a few times now for a variety of issues, and each time they came on very short notice, got the job done quickly and the price has always been fair. The crews are very professional and experienced. They were referred to me by a friend, and now that I have used their service I won't bother looking for any other plumbers. These guys are great. We're in the middle of a house remodel, so we will be calling them again over the course of the next several months.

We became familiar with them because they were the plumbers working under another contractor for a bathroom remodel. We liked their attitude and work, and thus when we wanted to do another bath ourselves, we called them. What I greatly appreciated was how responsive they were - I booked them via email (while I was overseas) to plan for them to come the day I arrived to install plumbing for a shower (shower head and rough in which I had bought over the internet). No questions, no problems, just got to wokr, and did a good job for a fair price.

The replacement of 2 quarter turn valves may sound simple, but I have an unusual house and a unique configuration on the toilets. Patriot Plumbing professionals - Nick and Dannie knew how to wiggle around my toilets and accomplish this task efficiently and successfully!! Also my kitchen sink faucet was a problem!! The lever handle was stuck, and had to be removed to replace the cartridge and valve -Nick stuck with it - calling up the model number of the handle on his blackberry and ultimately calling up the company's 800 number to figure out the way to remove the handle (which had been welded into place with corrosion). Mission accomplished !! Handle removed and all parts replaced (which he had on on the truck) No more leaking faucet. Emily, the owner of Patriot Plumbing is a gem!! She immediately dispatched her staff to take care of my plumbing problems and the prices of the services were extremely good. I would highly recommend Patriot Plumbing to anyone - you will not be disappointed!!!

The entire experience was excellent. From the initial call to schedule an estimate to the date(s) when the work was performed ... all interactions with Patriot Plumbing have been top notch. They really are customer focused. I have used Patriot Plumbing for multiple large jobs and have always been very satisfied. I will use Patriot Plumbing in the future for all my plumbing needs.
