 + 0 morePurchased a Premium Lawn Care package for over $1200. Paid upfront in order to get a 5% discount. I only received 2 of the applications. Was told at the end of the season they are dissolving the company and I would not receive the rest of my money back.

 + -1 moreI called the provider prior to purchasing the coupon to verify eligibility. Provider / company rep was adamant the coupon was valid where I lived and that I could depend on the discounted rate for aeration and top seeding for the fall. The value was $150 service for the discounted price of $80. (As I recall) The provider promised of more than 3 occasions to come out and do the work and never showed. After filing two separate claims with Groupon I got finally a refund credited to my Groupon account, not the cash I paid out. This entire transaction started in early September and ended sometime mid to late October.
Description of Work: Provider posted a coupon on Groupon and never completed the services
