FABRIC EMPORIUM

We went to the Emporium to get custom cushion covers for a Day Bed and also 8 dining room chair cushion covers. We hired their designer to come to our home and help with picking out the fabric.  She was wonderful.   We then gave the Emporium all the original pillows and cushions for the day bed to use for the forms and two sample cushions from the dining room table so they could see what we wanted them to look like. The dining room cushions/covers were not that old and had maybe been sat on 10 times.  We were just looking for a second set..  The Emporium took the two dining cushion covers apart to use as a pattern and then threw them away. Their work on the new cushions for the daybed was excellent although not exactly what had been designed. (They had let their designer who worked with us go after we had hired them).  As far as our original dining room covers, of course, they were not returned with our order.  We originally thought they were in the bag of scraps they returned and didn't realize they weren't there until we went through the bag.  We called several times trying to get our original dining covers back before they finally owned up to tossing them. They NEVER called us or apologized. $1600 worth of the original custom cushion covers down the drain as we can't get more of the original material.   We will never use this store again and do not recommend.

I would highly recommend Fabric Emporium. Their attention to detail is excellent. They were very professional, their quality of work is awesome and they did a beautiful job.
