Concrete FX

These guys were great! They provided a lot of support while I was deciding exactly what I wanted done. They started by telling me where I could look at similar work they'd done in the past. Once I found a color and a pattern I liked, they showed up right on time and did a great job, building exactly what I wanted. They were especially creative getting the concrete under and around existing wood stairs coming off the deck. I would definitely hire them again.

The original work was great.  However, The stamped concrete requires regular resealing and this is where my rub is with the company.  Their responsiveness sucks!  I have called Allen Sams repeatedly for the last year to re-seal my patio because the job he did 2 years ago did not take and I was left with a dull ugly slab of concrete.  In fact, his lack of responsiveness caused my neighbor to go with a stone paver installation as opposed to the stamped concrete.  I have also repeatedly asked for ways to seal spider cracks in the concrete but have never received a response.  If Mr. Sams will get his act together I will gladly change my opinion of his company.
