Thought we had found someone who would take care of our lawn, but in the end that was not the case. At the beginning the lawn started to look much better, they rehabbed the lawn and the service was good, shortly thereafter the lack of service started to show in the lawn, unfortunately it just went back to the way it was before. Edging and weed eating was not up to par. We had to constantly call about improper mowing. Calls for estimates were not returned. We finally had to terminate our service with them. I believe that they have taken on too much and therefore their services have fallen short.

I have enjoyed working with Blue Ridge and their estimate compared well with other quotes we received. The project was well done, workers were friendly, owners are responsive.

After numerous lawn maintenance companies that did not live up to their promises. I was happy to find Blue Ridge Property Services. I used them this year and I have been extremely happy. I have seen a major improvement in my lawn and it’s finally looking great.

Most of the time, everything was perfect. The last time they cut our grass, somebody was driving too quickly and tore out a bunch of the grass. It was perfect until their very last visit. My husband said we will not use them in the future because they tore the grass the last time. He was pretty upset because of that.

This is the third project we've use Blue Ridge Property Services.  Each time they have provided quality work at a reasonable price. This was their most challenging job due to the amount work required. In the end, Mark and his crew provided a beautiful stone steps using large 500lb stones.  They hand dug the area for the steps and notched out the holes for the large stone.  To avoid yard damage (due to recent rain) his team carried and hand placed each bolder in our walkway.  My wife and I couldn't be more happy with the finished product.

Excellent work, fair price.

Did a great job without any specific directions and even tied back my plants that had grown too large and were laying flat to mulch around them and make them look better.
Estimate was substantially lower than previous contractors and I will definitely use them again. They even mulched around my ground covers and didn't just pile mulch on top.

It went great.

They were responsive and their quality stood out. The owner is very personable and courteous.

I contracted with Blue Ridge to mow my lawn for a month while on vacation and then extended for another month when I returned. The lawn is very steep in the back, requiring use of a smaller walk-behind mower, while the front and sides can be mowed with a riding mower. The company owner, Mark Langan, is exceptionally personable and accommodating to our schedule and requests. He does much of the work himself, but I did notice at least two other employees assisting at times. He did a very clean and professional job, arriving as promised. He provides a monthly invoice. The charge has been $35.00 per weekly mowing, which I consider quite reasonable.
