Aurora Services, Inc. is a woman owned, family business, with professional and considerate employees! We have provided services to the metropolitan Washington DC area going into our 18th year. We are a Class A Electrical Contractor which enables us to provide Automatic Gate Installation and Services under Virginia code. We are licensed in Maryland as an Electrical Contractor as well. We love the business of creating, of working with clients to bring into being their desires, a vision of elegance for their home. We are bound by our personally code of conduct, always honest and reliable. If we stray from that compass point we have lost our own intergrity. And Aurora Services Began . . . Our story began in 1995. We purchased automatic gate system accounts from another gate contractor. That contractor could no longer find adequate solutions to their customers needs and failed to thrive asa business. Simply showing up and offering honest assessments as to the condition of many existing gates systems is what we believe helped to restore faith and trust. We work very hard, in a professional manner, to provide solutions and equipment suitable for individual needs. We have made a conscious decision not to flood the market with advertisements promoting our business. We selectively advertise in a few upscale publications and believe that our client base is the driving component to our business growth. A satisfied client is the most important testimony to our success! You are our success! Now for the business matters, we offer email invoicing and prefer COD payment. Once our relationship is established and we are all happy Net 30 works. We accept all major credit cards if that makes things easier!
We begin with the design services to arrive at your “perfect” gate system layout using a CAD program. From design we move into the installation phase with care and diligence to respect your property. Upon completion we dedicate time to train you on your system covering troubleshooting, concerns, maintenance requirements, programming of your new system and providing discs containing manuals. We are always available for questions, repairs and maintenance and compliments!
