We just had our pool opened by this company and will not be using them in the future.
When we called to ask questions regarding how the state of the pool was left after their service, we were told that it was our fault for opening so late in the season and that the responsibility falls on the owners once they leave the premises. I wish someone had spoken with me prior to leaving my pool in the state that it was left in because this is unacceptable.
To make it worse, the owner of the company shows no empathy or understanding of our concerns, but simply stated to my girlfriend,
"we don't need your business, lady."
When asked about brushing the pool or ensuring the pressure was stable, an employee stated to me,
"we don't have time, we got a lot of pools to open."
A company that has an owner and employees that would make rude remarks to its customers (see owner's response to reviews below for example) as opposed to focusing on quality of service is not a company I wish to do business with, which I'm sure makes the owner happy.
The sad part is, we've received good service from them in the past. They have been knowledgeable and helpful on separate occasions, which upsets me that from the moment I called with concerns regarding the opening of my pool, there was a defensive and rude tone as opposed to the previously overall good experience of service.
I can excuse poor quality of service, but I am writing this review primarily over the disrespectfully rude customer service, which evidently comes all the way from the top in this company.
