The professional staff member at Your Computer Guy turned the laptop on before I left the store.He suggested a clean up after they determined the viability of the laptop. They texted me that the laptop survived the test and asked for approval to do the clean up. I picked the laptop up 24 hours later and it is as good as new.

It went very well! David completed the computer tune-up without issue. He also found the culprit of a "mysterious" hard disk error message I kept receiving. He fixed that as well! My computer is running faster than before so I am very pleased with the service! David is a true professional with great integrity. I will definitely use this company again!

David was prompt and courteous. He provided outstanding service at a reasonable price. I actually retrieved this computer from another repair shop due to a lack of confidence in their repair capabilities. Your Computer Guy turned my repair out in less than 24 hours, and was $30 less than the other shop. We will recommend this company to our friends, neighbors, and family for any future repairs or issues. Good guy, great service- highly recommended!
