They do what they are supposed to do, they are very, very friendly, very competent, helpful, and they take care of any problems. I have recommended them to friends.

I have been using them for the past 15 years, and I am very happy with them, and it costs me $360 for a whole year. I really like the guy who they have who is providing us services, he actually found left over’s of termite work, he went and fixed the problem, and he is a great guy. I have no way to compare the price, and they are very punctual.

They are great.  They send a postcard reminder of my date and if it is not convenient I can reschedule.  I’ve had two different persons come and they have both been excellent.  They are very polite, very friendly and very professional.  Their price seems reasonable.  I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They come three times a year for bugs, unless I call them like this year there were some wasps around some trees this year and I called them for that.  I pay an annual fee of about $380 for keeping the bugs away.  I spend $150 a year for termite inspection.  They have always been dependable and they come in and get the job done.  They set up an appointment, they are here when they say they are going to be here and don’t leave a mess or anything for me.  The quality of their work is good.  They are usually here when they say so, but every once in a while they could get delayed by an hour.  I will use them again; I have a contract with them.

They are not exactly responsive. We called them again to come back and spray within the last two months and we haven't heard anything.  They are really professional and timely when they do come out. The problem is getting them to come out. We are going to probably give them one last chance before we consider switching.

They come out few times a year. They charge an annual fee.. Overall, the service is fine. They are the only pest control company that I have dealt with and I have been satisfied with their work. They do what they say that they are going to do. They are fine.

We have a problem with wood boring bees. They have taken care of that for us. They have come outside and inside the house to spray. I haven?t seen any live bugs around.

The landlord had to paid for this project. They were nice guys and do great work. They did the jumping out of your. I got them off of Angie's list. The substance they are using binds to the ground, so it doesn't bother other animals.

I paid $1485 and that was like a life time guarantee. It?s $165 yearly for continuous termite and pest control. They were very professional and quick. They came on one day and did an assessment of the baseboard that I had which was damaged due to termites. They came about two days later and did an extensive job where they had go around the whole house for termite control. They drilled in the deck as well as the concrete and filled back everything. They were pretty speedy. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that they did. I would use their services in the future too.

The representative arrived on time and we reviewed exactly what would be done. The work involved digging a small trench around the entire house and treating the area with the chemical. Treatment was also done in the garage and patio areas by drilling holes into the concrete. The holes in the concrete were corked and refilled/patched after the chemical was applied. The cleanup was excellent. The entire job took approximately 6 hours.

They worked out okay and I'm still with them. They did catch some animals, but I would like it if they would catch more.

They?ve done the work that we requested of them for a decent price. They've only been here once so far.

Basically, Western was in an out with no problems at all. They took care of what they needed to. I do have an agreement with them but off the top of my head I cannot recall what it is. Western really does not treat inside of my home anymore but they will if they need to. They work out really well for me. I am pleased with the services I receive from them and I will recommend them.

These guys did not miss a spot in our home. They made sure that they got every spot just to make sure no bugs snuck by. I have been using this company for awhile now and they come out to my home every three months. As far as the price goes, I am pretty old so my daughter takes care of that.

Western Pest Service came out twice a year to spray for pests and it has never been inconvenient to us. It's fair to say they have done a good job on keeping the pests and bugs, in general, from being a problem to us. We had alright results for what we were looking for. The folks over there were genuinely nice people. We had a yearly contract with them.
