Our hot water heater burst and it was in our attic. Contacted Wertz about replacing and they suggested going with an outdoor tankless water heater to avoid having another situation where water could damage the house (luckily we were home and caught it before any damage was done). It took a couple of days to complete due to rerouting of the pipes in our walls but it was the best decision we could have made. The piece of mind that came with not having the host water heater above out heads was worth the time it took.

All of our dealings with Wertz Plumbing and Repair have gone well. Each time, our problem was taken care of quickly and professionally-at a fair price. I would highly recommend Wertz Plumbing and Repair.

Overall, our experience with Wertz Plumbing has been exceptional because the company handled our jobs in a professional manner. They respected our time by always calling us back within a reasonable amount of time, and were always punctual when arriving for an estimate or job . They were affordable and always came in under other estimates. They respected our property and always left the area clean after the work was complete. And, the most important thing to us, they stand behind their work.

Robert Wertz has been our plumber since we purchased our home in 2005. He's honest, reliable, professional, and courteous. Over the summer I was having an issue with my upstairs toilet not flushing properly. He came in and tried to get it to work, but stated that I would need a new toilet. (The old one had been there since the home was built in 1980!) He put in a nice Toto water-saver toilet. It worked so well and I loved it so much that I had him put another one in the downstairs bathroom as well. He came right on time and performed all the work within a half an hour. When the old toilet was removed there was quite a bit of grime built up on the tile floor. He cleaned that before he installed the new toilet. Now the bathroom looks almost new!

It went very well. Troy and Rob showed up at 8:30 and were finished by noon. They cleaned up all of the mess from the attic and from cutting holes in the ceiling. Rob even ran the vacuum in the bedroom to pick up the mess. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had inquired about adding one more duct in another bedroom however they checked it out and verified that it did not need it. We've used them in the past and they are very good about not selling us something that we don't need.

Great. We never have any problems. They show up on time and are always pleasant. I can trust them to come to my home for repairs/projects without me being there.
