WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE

I worked with Sherry Huhn and Pamela Gomes. They were both very nice and professional. However, the closing was scheduled for 8/27 and we weren't able to sign the papers until 9/11! I was asked to provide the same documents multiple times and would be asked to sign different documents one day right after the next instead of being able to do things all at one time. This is my first home so I don't know if this is normal but it seemed very inefficient to me. I enjoyed working with the individuals and they were all very helpful. But the lengthy delay in closing gave me 4 DAYS to move everything alone (my fiancee is deployed) and clean out my old apartment before going underway instead of the two week window I had originally allotted. This made the whole experience incredibly stressful.
