Horrible experience, Trevor has zero professionalism about himself. To my face Trevor lied and misused his words about what was wrong with the potential home I was buying. Being a first time homebuyer I took his advice where I wish I didn’t. At first I was told there was termite damage which then turned into there wasn’t. It took three days to send an invoice, punctuation there was none. Communication laughable has a full voicemail box and doesn’t call back either. Sent me vague texts when trying to get in contact with him. Please read if you don’t want to be ripped off don’t use Waterside Pest Control.

Mr. Trevor Shields surveyed the crawlspace to be treated for termites, discovered a couple other issues and gave me a free estimate. I needed a new moisture barrier but thought I would have to consult with another professional. Mr. Shields also addressed a brown mold that had started on a floor joist, a collateral problem from a recent pipe leak. He explained the entire procedure of each job. He worked with meticulous attention to detail that also included spraying around outside perimeter of garage. Mr. Shields' manner is polite and personable. I would recommend WATERSIDE PEST to anyone and will call again in the future.

I called in the morning and I was thrilled to get same day service especially as a new client. I ended up asking for a quarterly service contract. The price was fantastic and Trevor was very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. He never tried to sell me on anything unlike many of the others have in past.

The technician was super helpful and knowledgeable. He sprayed indoors and out all around our house for ants. Very professional, affordable, and better yet... It worked! We will definitely be using this company again and told our friends to do the same.

Had some air conditioning duct work done and the tech mentioned that I might have a termit problem. Called Waterside pest. After inspection it was determined I had past and current termite issues. I was given a written estimate. The damage boards were replaced as well as insulation

Trevor provides great customer service! Punctual, kept to the schedule, did everything he said he Wald. Informed me when he arrived and departed. He gave me updates as necessary over the two days. Everything looks great and the dehumidify is quiet. I can’t hear it in the living area above!
