Call at 9am gave address, arrived at 1030am with machine done in 45 minutes. Seemed that every stump grinding company's machine was broken or they didn't want the business since it was only one 37inch stump.

Promptly returned my email. We set up for the next day. He called saying he would be late (ok with me). Arrived at the scheduled time. Gave me an estimate which was acceptable and he promptly ground it out. He even took out a couple of large roots coming out of the stump.

Outstanding Service! I left a message with Jamie and he called me back within the hour. He came out the next day, gave me a very fair quote, and completed the work that day. He was punctual and professional. I would definitely use him again.
