We had a horrible experience with this company. They came out to look at our broken refrigerator and assessed that we needed a new compressor. [NOTE: The actual technician was very nice and professional.] We were told it would take 5 to 7 business days. However, we were treated very RUDELY when we called to see if the part had come in (9 business days after the compresser was supposedly ordered). I understand that there are situations beyond this company's control, but they are making no effort to rectify the situation and are unsympathetic that we have been without a refrigerator for nearly two weeks. If our home warranty didn't require that we work with this company I would have walked away. They will probably read this and be even more unresponsive. Don't work with this company if you can help it.
