The install went wonderful. They were professional and clean. The only reason I gave them a B, there was no follow up after the installation. I had a quote for a pantry remodel and have not heard back from them.

I called for a quote and Mr. Moore came out the next day and provided me with a drawing and estimate on the spot.  Communication was a breeze and the installation was great.  He was unable to complete it in one day but he did return the next day compete the job.  My only complaint was a few of my cubbies where affixed and it limited my ability to adjust the sizes to my needs.  I just removed all the screws which was a bit of a pain, I'm not sure why they were fixed but nonetheless I love MY NEW CLOSET SPACE.!

We used him extensively in both of our Richmond homes over a period of close to ten years.  The routine was always the same.  He would come out and look at the space and speak to us about what we wanted.  He has a wide range of products (and prices.)
He would then prepare a drawing with a fixed price estimate.  In the event that something didn't work (and with teenagers what doesn't) he stood by his work and came out and fixed the matter at no charge.
