During completeing the job it was discovered that additional lumber was needed, the proposal states that any additional material required is not included in the amount on the proposal. The extra material required came to a total of $300. The amount charged to (Member)'s card was $1,950. 7/28/11 and $2,250 on 8/9/11."
"Sorry to bust your bubble but lying is going to get you nowhere but to H E double toothpicks. i personally recall your situation and not only did we work on your roof we came back to fix your roof four times and stated to you that you needed a new roof. If you have complaints to make we are members of the BBB if you want results. Your vallies were deteriated, your chimney was shot and we did give you a 90 day warranty and went out there through that 90 day warranty to resolve your ailing roof. AND as far ads the phone calls i remember taslking to you at leaset 4 times and Mr Dana Castorani also spoke with you on several occasions. Any other roofing company would never have given you a warranty on the first place."
