Villa Concrete

They were terrible. I have been trying to get them to come back. He was a moron. I don't like giving a bad thing but I don't want anyone to use him. The only two grades I seen was the better business business bureau which always has an "A" and Angie's List has a "A". I said I will go ahead and try them. To his advantage, he was the only one who did not want to charge to come out and see the property first. But beyond that he was an idiot. He was a little crazy which is why we did not want to put a response down. I gave him several chances to come back here. As a matter of fact, we paid him just to get rid of him. My husband was worried that he would come back and do something. We deal with 100s of contractors and I have never dealt with someone who is this ignorant. He did not listen to what we said. He said that we did not know what we wanted. We have dealt with so many contractors over the years. I have never had anyone tell me that we did know what we wanted. He let his 16 year old son who he let drop out of school being his helper. I didn't realize that until he was working. I was like you let him drop out of school.

Tom and his crew arrived on time. On day 1 they removed the driveway and front walk way and set the forms for the new concrete.
We had decided to change the exisiting walk way which was no problem. Tom dug out the design we wanted. On day 2 they poured and finished the new concrete, cleaned the job site and replaced the post for the mail box which had been damaged during the tear out. Today Tom was back to retrive the forms, back fill around the edges and do a final cleaning of the job site. This company had the best price for the job. The work is excellant and we would highly recommend Villa Concrete and use them again.

They showed up on time. They worked with us to work within our budget. Gave us several cost saving ideas. They did the work in a timely professional manner. They went above and beyond  our expectations for our available budget at the time. They had the yard beautiful and did not leave any mess as many contractors do. Very Pleased!!
