Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
The experience was stressful from the start. We were told the project would take a day maybe a day and a half. Installers arrived at 10 am and worked until nine pm. We were told it would be a two man team, it was 1 guy with limited experience. The second day it was 7:30 am until 9:30 pm. Install was okay nothing great. The clean up and finishing was sloppy at best. The drawer cabinet bank was put in incorrectly and when I brought it to the attention of supervision they blamed manufacturing and suggested I live with it, as only I would notice it was wrong! We are still waiting for them to come back out and fix the cabinet and several other items. My entire project has been held up (painters, and other installers) plus I can't finish putting my kitchen back together. What a stressful mess...with care and attention to detail this could all have been avoided. This company is now part of home depot so No More Home Depot for me!

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
They were awful and their work was terrible. They were horrible because I had to pay something every month and there was no insurance. They didn't come on time. He charged me for the plumbing work which was already a part of our contract. He fixed the shampoo stand upside down and some other representatives came out but I sent them away. I got my money back for the plumbing work he took. They said that they would fix the extra things for free and only for that I will be nice and do justice. I don't say that they were not responsive.
