The staff is very professional and polite. The cost to wash is dog is based on the size of your dog. I have a 125lb Alaskan Malamute. The self service is charged per dog size. They have great big walk in stainless steel bins with hoses, soaps, and conditioners. They have big dryers and towels. They have a professional groomer that has 35 years experience. Vivian, the groomer, is great. They take personal interest in everybody who walks in the door. They make the dogs feel at home. The let you choose the station you want to go in. They ask if your dog has fleas, and if so, they give you a flea shampoo. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and keep the place spotless.
