Trypuk Construction Inc

The owner, Vince Trypuk, stated the doors would have a lifetime warrantee. He did do the work he was paid to do. He did not paint my front door where he had replaced it. He did paint the other doors. He initially told us he would return to paint the door, but did not. When the next heavy rain fell, the back french doors showed some small leakage on the right side/frame. I called him on the phone, and he assured me he would call me the next week and set up a time to come and check, reminding me that the door did have a lifetime warrantee. He never called. He never again picked up his phone when i called him, which I did about 20 x. I saw him at a gas station and approached him then and he stated again that he would come and look at the door. Of course, he never showed at the time he said he would and does not call back. Now my new hard floors are ruined by the water thats come in. I guess my only option is to take him to small claims court. I wanted to make sure no one else ever uses this company in virginia beach. After the last three heavy rains, the damage has now extended to my new wood flooring, which will also need to be replaced. I realize now that I should have gone to court sooner and I would've perhaps been able to keep my floor from being ruined and replaced the french doors.
