Trey did a very good job for us. He returned all of our calls was always polite. He was priced fairly. The paint job was a couple day job and he was always on time and professional. We will definitely use him again.

Andy Kearns, the owner of TreyAiden Pressure Washing & Home Maintenance did an unacceptable job on a partial fence replacement at our home on March 27 and 28, 2017. We are asking for a refund in order to make the necessary changes that are required. I arrived home around 5:00 pm on March 28 and immediately noticed the gate was not flush with the rest of the fence. I also noticed that there was approximately a 18" gap at the bottom of the fence. The fence was uneven and there was buckling in several places. I spoke with Andy about all of my concerns and he had every excuse in the book. He explained that the posts he decided to save were too short and he had to "make" it work with what he had. I figured I would wait until my husband came home and he could deal with the nightmare. Once he arrived home, he was appalled at the work. He immediately confronted Andy and Andy got belligerent. My husband was told that he wasn't making any changes and we should be lucky he isn't charging us more (which he did anyway.) I came out and asked what all the yelling was for and told Andy that he needed to leave and come back tomorrow to fix the fence. He declined saying he couldn't. He stayed until 8:15 pm. The following day when my husband and I got back from work we looked at the fence and the same issues were there. After several unsuccessful attempts at trying to get Andy back out to fix the issues, he responded by stating he would refund us $11. 86. The refunded money would be for the cost of a post that he just never put in. Attached you will find the pictures of his work. Pictures speak a thousand words. I don't believe this is the type of work that professional Virginia tradesmen want representing them. We paid by check and considered placing a stop payment on the check but thought better of it. We were hoping to allow him the opportunity to make the changes and keep his word about his quality of work. I would hate to think that this man is able to take thousands of dollars from people and have no repercussion for the unethical work he is doing.
