Richard, the owner, serviced my fireplace. He did an outstanding job with cleaning and installing a remote control. He informed me on some critical fireplace functionality, was extremely professional, meticulous, and very reasonably priced. I was very happy with outcome and now have a great gas fireplace service provider!

Outstanding. Repair person showed up on time and did a comprehensive repair. Cleaned the insert extensively, added embers, and adjusted flame settings. Works perfectly now and looks beautiful! Also, installed a remote control element after my wife mentioned I had always wanted one!

Took me a few times of calling and e-mailing them before I finally talked to someone, as they didn't return my e-mails or phone-calls. However, once I spoke to them and scheduled an appointment, the rest was smooth sailing. They were very professional and courteous. They didn't try to make up any problems and overcharge me. All it needed was a good cleaning and tune-up. They arrived on time, worked fast and efficiently. Good quality of work. Very pleased. Would definitely spend a week calling and e-mailing them again until I reached them. They were worth the wait!

Returned call withing 2 hours. Schedule next day service appointment. Two man team arrived on time. They removed shoes and put down drop cloths to protect home furnishings. Diagnosed, repaired, and cleaned unit in 45 minutes.

SUPERB!  
The gas fireplace stopped working. I called on Saturday and left a message. On Sunday, a very nice lady called me back, scheduled the visit for today. 
As it turns out the fireplace was just really dirty as it had never been serviced. So they cleaned it up very well, and voila....heat! 
They were very nice and pleasant, got the work done in no time!

The two technicians were terrific!!  They called first (when they were on their way), prompt, professional, friendly, and cleaned up - you would have never known they were there other than our fireplaces looking and burning like they were brand new!!

The fire was shutting off randomly and then wouldn't turn on.  When the service rep from Fireplace Doc arrived they said we were having problems because it needed cleaning.  They also added some embers to the front bottom section which really made the fire more beautiful.  We haven't had the fireplace serviced since we bought the house 2 years ago. They returned my call within about an hour and came the next day to service our fireplace.  This was even on Christmas week.  They even vacuumed my fireplace screen.  We would use them again.

It went well. I thought they would go outside and check the vents, but they did clean the fireplace well. They were very neat with their service.

My gas fireplace had stopped working and it was thought that a new module was needed. The tech was scheduled to arrive from 10-12. At 930, I received a call saying they were in the area and could be over in 15 minutes. They arrived early and told me I didn't need a new part they could just service my fireplace, which saved me money. Upon entering my home, they removed their shoes and laid blankets down on the floor to ensure my house remained clean and the floors undamaged. The techs were early, honest, and efficient. I would definitely hire them again for any issues and will have them service my gas fireplace again next fall.

They arrived on time and performed the work efficiently.  Upon arrival I had told them to go ahead and install a new one if they felt that was the best course of action.  They could easily have done that and I would not have questioned it.  However, after inspecting the unit, they informed me that it just needed a cleaning and new batteries in the remote.  I was very pleased with their service and their honesty.
