He was very responsive. He gave a good estimate. I did have a problem with him in that he put down a layer of paint on the floor of the porch, which is outside. Any time that area of paint got wet, you could take the paint off with your fingernail. When it was dry, it was fine. When it was wet, it wasn't fine. He said he didn't know what the problem was. I asked him to look at it and fix it. We never quite came to an agreement. I sold my house and left.
