This experience went extremely well. The technician, Chris Sawyer, was on-time, polite and performed the service with professionalism and observed safety protocols regarding Covid 19. I give him a 5-star rating.

Overall, they are pretty good. The only thing I have to say is that they don't schedule their appointments. They just come out automatically for exterior service. It would be nice if they scheduled it in case  you wanted to be available for interior service as well.

They come back every year. I have a contract with them. It was 2 weeks after the guy came and told me I needed a vapor barrier that they came back and installed it.

I had a vapor barrier installed under my house, they came in to check that. It was very quick and good.

The termite bait stations were not all checked, as shown by the untouched dirt around the opening. I called to report this and talked to the technician who did the checking. He assured me they had all been checked. I took another look and it had not been checked. The particular station in question is near a shed which is in the same location of a previous shed that had been destroyed by termites several years ago. This is why I was particularly concerned. The stations need to be checked periodically and if they are not, they do no good. I am seriously considering cancelling my service contract due to this. I understand that occasionally mistakes happen but the technician should have offered to recheck the station with me present to verify the particular one. This reflects negatively on Terminix's standard in general.

When the inspector came out from under the house, he was wet.  He said there were puddles under the house.  He said the de-humidifier filter needed cleaning and it hadn't been working because of the dirty filter.  We had the house serviced for high moisture, including de-humidifier installation, last year - by Terminix.  That installation had to be reworked twice due to poor attention to detail and the de-humidifier not having been turned on/connected electrically.  I didn't go under the house to verify the re-work.  I think I should have.  There's an LED that's supposed to illuminate when there's a problem with the unit.  It has never turned on.  I think this is because the unit was probably never operating until this last visit.  We had never had water come out of the discharge pipe until after the technician "cleaned" the filter on 16 June 2015.  Since then, we get a steady discharge.  We've tried to contact management about this and have left voice mails.  to date... CRICKETS! 



Bad show Terminix.  We spent several thousand dollars to fix our moisture problem.  This was Terminix's recommended solution.  Now we find that our house was not protected from moisture damage we were expecting to have been handled.  And, Terminix management is difficult to reach.

When arriving they needed a shovel to get into the crawl space access, one of their techs was suppose to be going under there just a week prior, a day while I was at work. however from the dirt and difficulty to get under there it hadn't been access in well over a year. There was a rat problem due to their lack of service. The sales person tried to continue to explain that I needed them to perform all this service to fix what they hadn't been doing. I called the main office and was never called back. I fired Terminix and went with another company.

I used the company's "contact us" link to schedule a termite inspection and to get an estimate on bait stations.  I received a call back in a timely manner and two individuals met me at my house the very same day.  The two individuals were awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed them.  They were extremely informative and answered all of my questions.  I agreed to have stations installed and signed the necessary paperwork.  Later in the day, I received a phone call from the company.  They let me know when someone would be at my house to install the bait stations.  The installers came on the date promised.  Later in the week, I had to call the company to ask questions about the bait stations.  The first person that I spoke to was very personable and I enjoyed talking to her.  The second person, however, was not friendly and seemed annoyed that I had called. 

They did get rid of our scorpion problem. We also had problems with spiders and ants and we did have to call them back a couple of times. They come out for us once a quarter, but they do come out if we had any problems. I wished it was more of a monthly service. The employee, Charles H. was wonderful. He was a very nice man and always made sure to go around most of yard to treat the ant beds. When I had the pest control treatment dirt came up on the house; the property manger of the home had to have the house pressure washed. Unless we requested the treatment to be done inside, they just sprayed outside. We were told not to let pets out for about an hour to let it dry, if they used the liquid. I liked that they called ahead of time to let me know when they were coming out.

I like our guy because he is very nice. It is the same person that comes out every time. They come back every time you see a bug so I think that is nice. Their phone messages are so weird like, We are coming out tomorrow at 12:53 and 30 seconds.

Extremely high pressure tactics were used to get us to purchase a dehumidifier for our crawl space. We decided we didn't really need it after having a home inspector look at the situation.

They have always done a great job. They are very contentious and easy to get a hold of which is helpful.

I had a good experience in dealing with them. They were very, very thorough and very punctual.

They were fine.

Terminix has been coming to our house for years. We had termite damage one time and they were very good at having a contractor come in and fix it immediately. They're punctual and it's easy to make an appointment with them. They do a very good job at getting somebody out there for you. They accommodate the schedule that you're on. They work very well for me. I have no concern and I have no complaints. I never used anyone else.
