Bad show Terminix. We spent several thousand dollars to fix our moisture problem. This was Terminix's recommended solution. Now we find that our house was not protected from moisture damage we were expecting to have been handled. And, Terminix management is difficult to reach.
generally pleased with the service until the past three years. We've
had recurring problems with roaches -- and we run a very clean house, in
a clean neighborhood. The serviceman is responsive and shows up on
time, but seems to just sprinkle poison or spray around the foundation,
leave a few traps, and depart. We even complained to the central office
and had a manager come out. But the roaches keep coming back. So they
obviously aren't treating the source. When I suggested during one
service call going under the house and spraying, the serviceman was
reluctant. I told him he needed to treat the source, not just prevent
them from coming into the house. He eventually put on his overalls and
climbed under the house. We still have roach problems....and today I
just signed up for Angie's List in order to find a reputable replacement
for these guys.
