Showed on time, Very knowledgeable, re keyed all locks and repaired key-less touch-pad lock. Had to pick up parts for repair, returned at time stated. excellent service.

When he showed up I found him to be pretty energetic. He was really just a nice guy. He made light of our situation since we were both pretty upset at being locked out of our house. He tried to pick our old locks and was unsuccessful (not because of a lack of expertise...we just have old crappy locks.) He eventually forced his way into our garage from the side door and did it with almost no damage to the door or frame. He made us a key for the front door since ours had broken. He didn?t have the right type of key in his van so he modified a different one for us and said he wouldn't charge us for it since it wasn't right (although it worked just fine). I would?ve paid him a lot more for his service. He even gave me a lot of helpful information on electronic locks (even though he doesn't install them) and gave me a couple of installers and brand of locks to check out. Highly recommended!
