The job went absolutely perfect, they were here when they said they would be, they cleaned up and were done within 24 hours. 

The whole process from the estimate to the actual work went very smoothly.

The owner Kevin was very prompt and did not insist on spending hours in our home to sell us the system which was important to me because I have children to take care of. I will say I was not entirely impressed with the individuals who installed the system and as it turned out we did end up with some minor issues with the install. The company did respond to those issues and get them fixed immediately. Overall we were satisfied with the entire project.

Synergy Air is a small but very energetic company who strive to do it right the first time and they succeeded. Kevin, the owner, was very responsive and always available to answer questions and provide updates. As I was retaining my hot water heating system we had spec'd A/C only systems, however Carrier was able to provide a heat pump for one of the units at a significant savings so I ended up with a backp heating system on my 1st floor and used part of my savings to upgrade the programable thermostats. The job offered numerous opportunities for inventive thinking given cramped spaces, the house's framing, and the many existing pipes and lines they had to work around in the narrow dirt floor crawl space under the 1st floor. The team maintained their sense of humor throughout the project and were not in a hurry to finish if it meant doing less than a good job. Selling you something for the sake of a sale is not their way as they incorporate their experience in their recommendations, pointing out where systems and materials have not lived up to their hype and suggesting alternatives that they have found to be reliable. I would recommend this company to others as I felt Kevin would rather walk away from a job if his prospective client wanted to do something that was less than something he would be proud of, which is not a confidence you get with a lot of companies.

I couldn't imagine a better experience. To start with I didn't know who to call for an estimate out of all the contractors in the yellow pages. I decided to go to there websites one at a time and look at the people to see who looked pleasant. Kevin and Melissa caught my attention and gave me the best deal on price out of 3 estimates that I got. The owner Kevin was every bit as pleasant as I imagined him to be by looking at his picture and when he gave the estimate he even checked something on my old system while there to make sure I needed to replace it at all. The installation crew was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and a pleasure to have in my home. Kevin even showed up during the installation and helped out for a bit. The work was done in a timely manner and they were very careful when entering my home not to track dirt onto my carpet by wearing protective "booties" over their shoes. (like a cloth thing that stretches out and covers their shoes.) They have answered all my questions very patiently... and I ask a lot of questions... but they always made time before, during, and after the work. I can only give the highest recommendation for this professional company with such pleasant ownership and employees.
