Susan Pender is the most wonderful real estate agent! We found her through the recommendation of a friend, and my husband and I said to each other every day of the process how fortunate we were to have found her. We had to navigate some difficult waters to buy the home of our dreams, including stubborn sellers and a lender that committed several major errors (which resulted in our not getting approval until five minutes before closing). Through it all, Susan was the voice of calm, professionalism, and experience. Even six months later, we continue to turn to her for advice on various home issues, such as finding contractors and repairmen. We have recommended Susan to all of our friends, and whenever the time comes to sell this home (we are a military family), we know we will have a wonderful realtor on our side.
