Although other jobs were scheduled ahead of mine, once the job was started it was completed in a timely manner with excellent result. I could not have asked for better professionalism from all workers I came in contact with, especially Mr. Lambert the contact person.

.Alan rode herd on his subs.  If I was not pleased with the work a sub did, it got fixed immediately.

Donnie Dale was able to come to my house after a fire and make arrangements to handle multiple problems caused by the fire.  He put me at ease right away and was available to answer questions and concerns whenever I called him.   He and Tim were exceptional in their promptness, kindness, and checking behind the people they assigned to my case to be certain everything was done to my satisfaction.   This experience could have been extremely stressful and confusing but Superior Services made things so much easier for me.    I would highly recommend them to everyone.

They are an outstanding organization and are timely and do really good work. Donnie Dail, the owner, will come out if you have any questions. Anything that wasn't done the way I expected was redone without IN the past they have also replaced some rotten wood around window and doors. I touch my home

Donnie Dail is fabulous. Very prompt and professional after I had gone through a horrible experience with Rand R Construction rebuilding after the fire. This company did such a great job...my house looks different on the first floor which shows terrible shoddy work from the 1st company. These workmen were soooo professional and clean. They did a great job on everything. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

The work was wonderful. It was actually picked by our insurance company, but they did a wonderful job. They were very reasonable.

I was very impressed with Superior Services and Donnie Dail. After dealing with other contractors for more than four weeks just trying to get them to provide me with a detailed estimate for the work I needed, Donnie provided me with one literally overnight. There ended up being little difference in the estimated costs I received. What ended up making my decision for me was the value added items that Donnie suggested that no one else thought of. From start to finish the few minor problems I mentioned to their Superintendent Tim Wynn were all answered with, “We’ll take care of it”, and they did. They went way out of their way to make me happy. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work they did and the professionalism the showed. I highly recommended them to others and will be glad to continue to.

Overall it went very well. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up. The work was well done.

Allan was the prime contractor when we had 200 old trees goes down. We were very satisfied with him. We had a problem with one of his subs and he was out here on the weekends with them. The contractor standing tall making sure everything was right. Allan is very hands on prime contractor and if something is wrong, he gets it fixed. He really watches the work that his subs do. He makes sure that they do it right. His price was the best because we had several contractors write up the proposals to UFA and they choose him. He is one of their contractors.

overall, the job was completed. It took them total of 3 days (with the last day being 3 days after the shingle replacements to finish) and then another call to remind them about lowering my gutters as requested after completing the roof. Great workers, but I felt as if my roof repair was not their immediate concern, especially after they cashed the check. I would, however us them again as their quality of work was good and they kept everything neat and clean.

This company was first class from start to finish and I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. I will definitely use them if the need arises.

Overall, Superior Services performed excellent work and the entire job was completed in about 3 weeks. During the final inspection walk thru, there was an extremely minor punch list involving 2 switch plate covers requiring installation which I consider inconsequential.

It took them 6 months to completely renovate our home. When we finally moved back in, it was such a blessing. It looked like a completely brand new home from the outside, and the inside was so breathtaking. It was like one of those extreme makeovers, home edition. I had nothing but good praises to say about this company. The crew was excellent, the materials were excellent, and the price was a bargain for all they did.

They did an excellent job of removing all of the rotten boards and replacing them with durable high quality boards. They did a quick and wonderful job of cleaning up. They were very professional and informative as to the cause of the damaged wood. I would recommend them to anyone.
